Faith and disbelief are two opposite religions.
Faith is: the religion of God, which He legislated for His servants and created creation for it and prepared for its people guidance in this world and security in the afterlife.
Disbelief is: the religion of Satan, which is misguidance in this world and misery in the afterlife.
As God Almighty said about the unbelievers who did not accept God’s guidance and turned away from itFaith is: entering into the religion of God out of desire and submission.
It is speech with the tongue, belief in the heart, and action with the limbs.
It increases with obedience and decreases with disobedience.
The sinner, who is less than polytheist, is not completely deprived of the name of faith, nor is he given the name of complete faith, for he is a believer with incomplete faith.As for disbelief, it is: abstaining from entering or leaving Islam and choosing a religion other than the religion of God, either out of arrogance and stubbornness, or out of adherence to the religion of one’s fathers and grandfathers, or out of greed for a quick offer of money, prestige, or position.Then the infidel may be an original infidel who did not convert to Islam at all.
He may be an infidel, such as apostasy, if he converts to Islam and then commits one of its nullifiers, which is a type of disbelief.
Whether he is serious, joking, or intending to seek worldly ambitions such as obtaining money, prestige, or a position, except for the one who does something of that or says it under duress, with the intention of repelling the coercion, while his heart remains in faith.In this application there are many very important topics on issues of faith and disbelief by Sheikh Dr.
